Xiaomi is expected to release a new Poco F1 MIUI 12 update, but until then owners of this device can do it with a new MIUI 11 update that hits the safety patch level until April 2020.
A similar update was launched last week, but it was only targeting a different Russian. Today, those on the global ROM can finally install the new security pack, which weighs in at 1.9GB larger and has MIUI version 11.0.8.0.QEJMIXM.
In an official announcement, Xiaomi notes that the introduction of the Poco F1 in April is for Beta Testers / Mi Pilot members. In fact, this is a limited release, so don’t panic if you don’t see the OTA notification on your phone today.
